Culture & Leadership Performance Measurement (QCOM)

Most companies focus on commonly used Quantitative Metrics of Business Performance, such as profitability, customer satisfaction and employee retention.

These quantitative metrics are the outcome of Qualitative Organisational Performance. The more critical measurements for successful performance are Qualitative Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and/or Key Performance Drivers (KPDs).
