Tremendous changes in the internal communication have been achieved! E.g. there

There is strict preparation for meetings demanded; team members ask themselves before,
during and after actions whether this initiates "Gold".
There are visual artifacts developed such as a mascot DIMMY (which represents the
mindset of Thinking in Solutions); the entrance to the department is called the
"SMART zone". Next to these internal successes also external successes have been

When I was introduced of World Class Leadership program (WCL) and invited, I thought this is going be another leadership training like I have experienced so far. However, I definitely could feel the difference from the beginning of the class.
My wonderful coach, Pat, already knew all participants’ name and leadership challenges from the result of QChallenge online survey. In addition, her preparation and WCL’s unique and well developed training were perfectly matched with my expectation. While I was going through 4 times training during 2years, I could see myself as a leader who has competence and who knows what I am doing.
